Donegal Patient Information Event

Thank you to all the Donegal community who came out in great numbers to attend our recent Patient Information evening in the Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny, Co Donegal. Over 120 people, some wh travelled long distances, joined us on the night to hear Dr. Paul Grant’s talk and presentation: ‘Haemochromatosis: Two sides of the Story’.

Dr Grant is a well-known GP in Buncrana and is passionate about haemochromatosis from a medical and patient perspective as he has haemochromatosis himself. Huge thanks to Paul for sharing your decades of experience in treating haemochromatosis patients and for also sharing your personal story of having the disorder. Thanks also to our amazing volunteer and supporter, Brian Coyne and voluntary Board Member Philip Maree.
