Governance Structure
The Irish Haemochromatosis Association is dedicated to ensuring a sound governance structure provides the basis from which we operate, in line with our core values.
The IHA is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. It is governed by our Memorandum and Articles of Association and the Companies Act 2014.
The IHA is governed by the Charities Regulatory Authority Ireland and is compliant with the Governance Code and GDPR policies and procedures. We are also compliant with Financial Regulations and publish accounts and file them with the Revenue and the Charities Regulator on an annual basis.
