AGM 24th May 2025: Guest Speaker, Professor Frank Murray

Our AGM takes place this year on Saturday 24th May 2025. There will be an option to attend in-person at the IBTS building in St. James’s Hospital, James Street, Dublin or online via webinar. The business of the AGM will not be a recorded session, but the presentation by Professor Murray will be recorded. Members who cannot attend in person will get an opportunity to register for the webinar of the Guest Speaker presentation and ask questions via the Q & A function.

Teas and coffees will be available from 10.30am and the business of the AGM will start at 11am. The Guest Speaker Presentation will begin at 12 noon and a light lunch will be served on the day. We hope you will join us and we look forward to seeing you on the day!

Our Guest Speaker this year will be Professor Frank Murray, Consultant Gastroenterologist/ Hepatologist, Beaumont and Bon Secours Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at the RCSI and Chairman, Alcohol Action Ireland.

Everyone who attends in-person will receive a free copy of our latest IHA Handbook, which we will be launching on the day.
