Haemochromatosis UK are hosting a haemochromatosis in-person event in Belfast on the 7th October 2026. Everyone is welcome to attend this event (booking link is below). Local, national, and international standard experts will deliver a dedicated programme of talks and interactive sessions in the beautiful Titanic Hotel. This conference is relevant to anyone affected across the UK and Ireland – even further afield. A great opportunity to meet and talk with experts and other people affect by haemochromatosis.
Speakers include Dr Johnny Cash and Dr Shane McKee (Belfast Health and Social Care Trust), Prof. Jim Flett Wilson (University of Edinburgh), Dr Janice Atkins, Dr Luke Pilling, Dr Luke Sharp and Lucy Banfield (University of Exeter), Dr Allameddine (NI Blood and Transplant Service), Jonathan Jelley JP MBE (Haemochromatosis UK), Howard Don (Haemochromatosis International) – subject to final programme and confirmation being agreed.
