Running for Haemochromatosis! Sisters Tara and Niamh Nolan ran the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon in Dublin in memory of their dad, Arthur. Monica Vaughan, IHA volunteer met up with them at the marathon to mark World Haemochromatosis Awareness Week. Together, these great women have raised over €3,000 to support the work of the Irish Haemochromatosis Association. We can’t thank Tara, Niamh and Monica enough for helping to raise vital funds for our work.
Every year, the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon takes place over the June bank holiday and every year we invite as many of our members and volunteers to join us to walk, jog or run the marathon to support the Irish Haemochromatosis Association.
