Whether you are a patient or a caregiver, we are inviting our haemochromatosis community to sign up to FREE online workshops on ‘Living Well with Chronic Pain’. The Association, in partnership with the HSE is delivering these workshops for patients.
The programme aims to help people better manage their health and daily life. The sessions will give participants the skills to co-ordinate all the things needed to manage our health as well as keep active in our lives and relationships. The Living Well programme will support you to develop and enhance the skills that help you to live well with a long term chronic pain condition. Two trained leaders run the workshops. Our first workshop started in March, but due to demand, the HSE our partners have put on a second workshop for patients and their carers, starting on the 22nd April. To register and for contact information, please see Leah Harrington’s details below.
